Ideally, do this on long nature walks, while meditating quietly with music and candles, or in a hot bath with a relaxing glass of chamomile tea.
When to Use
- prophylactically, on nature walks, before meditation, or whenever you are in a somewhat connected state.
- when you are injured (i.e., when somebody engages in a psychological, emotional, or spiritual assault).
- when you are “triggered” or when you mind is “spiralling” out of control and you are drowning in toxic thought.
