Recognize, root out, and replace is the Lightning Path phrase for the systematic removal of Wrong Thought from Bodily Consciousness. We recognize the limiting ideas, archetypes, and ideologies that have been implanted; we root these ideas out by consciously examining and erasing them; we replace them with life affirming new energy ideas and archetypes.
