5D Cycle
'The 5D Cycle refers to a maladaptive and self-reinforcing pattern of existence caused by chronic Disconnection and characterized by toxic thoughts, emotions, and actions that perpetuate a downward spiral through the 5Ds of Toxic Existence: Diminishment, Dysfunction, Disease, Disconnection, and ultimately Death. This cycle emerges when individuals become trapped in environments Wrong Environment, thoughts Wrong Thought, and behaviours Wrong Action, that fail to meet their Seven Essential Needs and instead perpetuate harm to the self and others.

When they do, then treatment typically involves some combination of career change, rest, relaxation, meditation, Conbnection Practice, therapeutic use of Connection Supplements, and Psycho-Social-Spiritual Education of the type provided by the Lightning Path.
