Emotions are complex psychological states that involve three distinct components: a subjective experience, a physiological response, and a behavioral or expressive response. They serve as essential signals and steering mechanisms for our actions, thoughts, and overall well-being. Human emotions may be broken down into four categories, Signal Emotions, Steering Emotions, Blocking Emotions, and Clearing Emotions.
