A Negative Energy Insertation (NEI) is an insertion into your life space/consciousness space of negativity. NEIs, especially when chronic, undermine health, well being, and connection.

Negative Energy Insertions can be intellectual, emotional, spiritual and physical. Intellectual NEIs are negative, ideas and Old Energy Archetypes. Emotional NEIs are negative emotions like anger and hatred. Negative spiritual insertions are negative old energy archetypes which disempower and disconnect. Negative physical insertions are physical violence which violate boundaries, undermine connection, and harm the physical body

Politicians and the corporate media uses NEIs to subvert individual and collective awakening and connection.
