Attachments Analysis

Lightning Path Attachment Analysis is an guided self-reflection exercise designed to identify, categorize, and clarify Toxic Attachments. Attachments analysis requires identification of the attachments (i.e. to sugar, sex, alcohol, running, shoping, money, etc.), categorization of the severity and toxicity of the attachment, and clarification of its source.[1]

Notes
