Trance channeling is prone to translation problems (as stated in the main text), which could be divided into several problems.

- Problem of interpretation -> Because the PU is temporarily inhabited by a "foreign" consciousness, the information may be transmitted through a framework and understanding which is radically different from our own cultures. This problem occurs with "normal" channeling as well, but is less pervasive, since at least the framework (language, thinking stereotypes, etc.) is bound to be "earthly". For a rundown on potential problems of interpretation, see The Book of Magic Vol.I

- Problem of integrating the information -> Since the bodily ego must depart in order for trance channeling to occur, this automatically means the body is unable to "normaly" contain a sufficient amount of consciousness for normal/conscious channeling. Less consciousness in the body leads to less understanding, less insight. Hence the information presented must be interpreted and associated within normal consciousness from all parties analyzing the information. Therefore, the already difficult task of integrating the information recieved through conscious channeling, is via trance channeling even more troublesome.

Possible Benefits

- egoic bleeding diminished. - "purer" message (alrdy in maintext) - less risk of egoic collaps/explosion.
