An Ascension Epoch is a period in a planet's history devoted to accomplishing The Great Work via intentional manipulation of Force, Formation, and other key Creation Variables.

Ascension Epochs are demarcated by the values of the Creation Variables used in "the mix."
Abstractly, there have been three general ascension epochs, or setups. A Lemurian Epoch characterized by slightly enhanced and out of balance Force, an Atlantean Epoch characterized by an extremely enhanced and unbalanced Force, and a Terran Epoch characterized by strong and unbalanced Force and a System of energy control devoted to preventing Ascension Debacle.
