Neutrality is one of three properties of the Energy of Creation. Neutrality refers to the fact that energy is morally and ethically inert. Energy simply is (Sharp, BOLIFE).
Notes
It should be noted that while energy is neutral, Consciousness is not. Consciousness, in all its variegated forms and at all levels of creation, seeks pleasure (Sharp, BOLIGHT).
