Notes

According to Comte, the Comprehensive Framework has the following three components.

  1. Moral Order: Establishes ethical guidelines and values that govern individual and collective behaviour.
  2. Intellectual Order: Provides a coherent worldview and understanding of reality
  3. Social Order: Organizes societal structures and institutions, ensuring stability and cohesion.

If you got all the way down here to these words, stop and consider what the august August Compte was talking about here. He was talking about a system designed to direct human behaviour on a macro/global scale.

IMichael (talk) 14:03, 30 October 2025 (UTC) would argue that the Accumulating Class has been operating such a system for centuries, a Regime of Accumulation, for centuries. I would also argue that this system has outlived its usefulness and that, given the apocalyptic Polycrisis we face, we need to come up with a different framework, fast.
