Four Pillars of Planetary Graduation
The Four Pillars of Planetary Graduation, or just the Four Pillars, for short are the pillars upon which a planet's Graduation and induction into the Galactic Federation are based. The four pillars are a) the evolution of a planet capable of supporting advanced life, b) the evolution of a physical unit capable of containing consistently high levels of Consciousness, c) the evolution of advanced technological capacity capable of handling very large populations in an ecologically sustainable way, and d) the development of advanced social, economic, and political forms capable of managing production and allocating resources in an equitable and sustainable way.
