Mantra

Mantra is a Hindu and Buddhist term syncretic with Affirmation or Intent statement.

Syncretic Terms

Affirmation > Manthra, Mantra, Will-Prayer

Intent > Mantra, Shraddha

Notes

A Mantra is an "inspired utterance of power."^[1]

In the "days of old," mantra meant "invocation and incantation" ^[2]
