Recognize, root out, and replace is the three-step process of Flow Purification required if an individual is to properly strengthen and purify The Flow.

We recognize the limiting ideas, Old Energy Archetypes, and ideologies that have been implanted in our consciousness; we root these ideas out by consciously examining them. Finally, we make a decision on the ones we want to keep and then replace those archetypes and ideas that we do not want to replace with new, life-affirming new energy ideas and archetypes.
