Spirituality
Spirituality is the quality of being concerned with Connection.
Notes
Spirituality is about connecting your Bodily Consciousness to your highest Consciousness. Being spiritual means working consciously towards achieving strong and persistent connection to Consciousness.
Physical, emotional, psychological, social, economic, and political process that encourage and facilitate stronger Connection are spiritual.
