HEALING Framework
- H – Help: Seek professional help if needed. Healing deep trauma is difficult, and there is no shame in engaging therapists, counsellors, or connection coaches.
- E – Environment: Recognize that a toxic environment and toxic socialization cause damage.
- Complete a Developmental Narrative to understand the sources of damage.
- Repair, detoxify, and restructure your environment to support healing.
- A – Addiction: Address addictions that have developed over the years as coping mechanisms for toxic environments and unmet needs.
- Conduct an Attachment Analysis to identify unhealthy or toxic attachments.
- Conduct a Needs Analysis to reveal unmet or frustrated needs.
- L – Lies: Stop lying to yourself and others. Lying is a defense mechanism that obscures damage and blocks healing.
- I – Ideology: Clear indoctrinated Wrong Thought. Dismantle elite-generated ideological narratives that perpetuate trauma and disconnection.
- N – Needs: Identify and address unmet needs. Healing requires the intentional and sustained satisfaction of the Seven Essential Needs.
- G – Growth: Once healing is underway, enter into Growth Mode. Focus on developing your full human and spiritual potential.
Key Features of the LP HEALING Framework
- Non-therapeutic: The framework is not a form of therapy. It is a practical, conceptual guide designed to complement self-directed or professional healing.
- Iterative, not linear: There is no single path through the HEALING points. Individuals are encouraged to revisit and engage different points over time, as needed.
- Responsibility and Commitment: Healing is a lifelong journey that requires responsibility, discipline, and daily effort.
- Foundation in PTC: The framework is grounded in the principles of Protect, Treat, Clean (PTC) — protect yourself from further harm, treat the damage done, and clean/remove toxic elements from your environment and psyche.
