An Administrative Framework (AF) is the structure that keeps an institution running. It includes the rules, hierarchies (who’s in charge), and any rewards or punishments used to ensure everyone follows the expectations. The AF is part of a larger structure known as the Institutional Framework (IF). The IF consists of the Conceptual Framework, Administrative Framework, and Behavioural Framework.
