The Inner Needs (a.k.a. connection needs) are the human needs that must be sufficiently satisfied if the individual is to be able to actualize their full Human Potential. [1] Inner needs include the needs for Alignment and Connection. The inner needs are represented by the inner circlesin the Circle of Seven Essential Needs.
