5D Spiral
'The 5D Spiral refers to a maladaptive and self-reinforcing pattern of existence caused by chronic neglect of the Seven Essential Needs. It is characterized by toxic thoughts, emotions, and actions that initiate and perpetuate a downward spiral through the 5Ds of Toxic Existence: Diminishment, Dysfunction, Disease, Disconnection, and ultimately Death. This cycle emerges when individuals become trapped in environments Wrong Environment, thoughts Wrong Thought, and behaviours Wrong Action, that fail to meet their Seven Essential Needs and instead perpetuate harm to the self and others.
