Pathfinder Pedagogical Foundations

The Pathfinder Pedagogical Foundations (PPF) are a core component of the Pathfinder Educational Model (PEM),[1] the Lightning Path’s strategic approach to education. These foundations constitute a trauma-informed, life-centered, healing-oriented pedagogy designed to support personal healing, authentic Connection, and collective transformation. Rooted in the Lightning Path’s Human Development Framework (HDF), the PPF aim to equip both children and adults with the awareness, skills, and safe environments necessary for health, healing, reconnection to consciousness, deconstruction of Toxic Socialization, and activation of innate Human Potential.
