The term Rocket Science refers to the overly complicated, grammatically complex, linguistically obtuse, puffed up rhetoric you sometimes find in academic and professional circles. Rocket science is a more colloquial way of referring to Egotistical, polysyllabic, multi-metaphoric obsfucation, or EPMO for short.
