Fight, Flight, Freeze, or Fawn
The 'Fight, Flight, Freeze, or Fawn response is a physiological Defence Mechanisms autonomically deployed by the Physical Unit when it perceives a harmful event, attack, or threat to its survival. When the Bodily Ego perceives a threat, when it experiences fear, it may fight to put the threat down, flee from the threat, freeze (become silent, try to slip into the background to avoid detection), or fawn (try to please whoever is triggering the response)[1]
