A Creative Moment is the span in Consciousness within which we manifest intent (BOLIFE). A moment begins when you have an idea, unfolds as you set intent, and ends when you either give up on the intent, or the intent becomes manifest in reality (BOLIFE).

Notes
In cabalistic terms, the term creative moment represents the span between when a thought appears in Kether (i.e., in the crown chakra), and its climactic manifestation inf Malkuth (i.e., physical reality). Note that creative moments are cyclical in nature.
Creation is made up of a frothy collection of Cyclical Moments of intent.
Creative Moments may be divine and close to Consciousness, or venal and close to Body.
