Knowledge Systems are not general repositories. Unlike libraries, digital or not, they do not collect everything available. They are specialized. They organize information topically/thematically. == Knowledge Systems vs. Comprehensive Frameworks ==

In the esoteric Knowledge Systems of elite traditions, information is validated through symbolic initiation, ritual participation, and strict and gatekeeping (e.g., Freemasonry, religious hierarchy). What's right and true becomes what benefits the self-entitled creators and maintainers.
