Seven Pillars of Authentic Spirituality

There are Seven Pillars of Authentic Spirituality. In order for a spirituality to be authentic, all seven pillars (listed below) must be present.
As outlined in Rocket Scientists' Guide to Authentic Spirituality, authentic spirituality should be 1) Fruitful, 2) Grounded, 3) Embodied, 4) Empowering, 5) Responsible, 6) Accessible, and 7) Empirical
