Presence

The concept of presence refers to the extent to which consciousness is “present” in the body and therefore the extent to which the experiences of the physical unit are more real and felt. The more consciousness in the physical unit, the more presence, and the more real our experience is.

Presence is related to CQ (consciousness quotient) and attachment.
