Awareness is a primary Facet of Consciousness. Awareness is awareness of Truth. It is awareness of things as they are.

"Consciousness is awareness, pure and simple."

Awareness is a combination of Perception , Knowing, and Understanding.

"Experience shows that the spirit is nothing but awareness. Whoever has greater awareness has a greater spirit." Rumi. ^[1]
