Notes
There are two types of wrong thought: Mundane Wrong Thought and Archetypal Wrong Thought. Both types of wrong thought undermine health and well-being and prevent healing and reconnection.

Wrong thought is a thing in the spiritual traditions of this world. That is, most Connection Frameworks have guidance on what constitutes Right Thought and Wrong Thought.

For example, Zoroastrianism: Good thoughts are "useful thoughts and wise thoughts and great thoughts and wholesome thoughts and kindly thoughts and virtuous thoughts and good thoughts." Bad thoughts are " idle thoughts and foolish thoughts and mean thoughts and malicious thoughts and cruel thoughts and vicious thoughts and evil thoughts."

Wrong thought can be “accidental” or it can be intentional. Accidental wrong thought occurs when we accidentally get the wrong idea in our head, and then accidentally stick with that wrong idea for years, even when it is clearly causing us grief, pain, and disconnection.

Accidental wrong thought happens, but more likely wrong thought enters into your head because it has been “seeded” by groups intent on reducing the transformative/revolutionary potential of connection to Consciousness. One example of this seeding is the modern Tarot deck which was created in the elite circles during the Industrial Revolution as a way to control the spirituality of both the elites and the masses.
St. Teresa of Avila notes the Spiritual Marriage occurs in the "Seventh Mansions". "Here at last the soul reaches the Spiritual Marriage. Here dwells the King—“it may be called another Heaven”: the two lighted candles join and become one; the falling rain becomes merged in the river.
Notes
William James was not a fan of medical materialism, thinking it simplistic, illogical, and inconsistent. He attributes it wholly to the personal biases and intellectual failings of those who purport this simplistic system of thought.

<blockquote class="quotation">It is needless to say that medical materialism draws in point of fact no such sweeping skeptical conclusion. It is sure, just as every simple man is sure, that some states of mind are inwardly superior to others, and reveal to us more truth, and in this it simply makes use of an ordinary spiritual judgment. It has no physiological theory of the production of these its favorite states, by which it may accredit them; and its attempt to discredit the states which it dislikes, by vaguely associating them with nerves and liver, and connecting them with names connoting bodily affliction, is altogether illogical and inconsistent.<Ref>James, William.
As Giroux (1983) notes, part of the hidden curriculum is aimed at not only at creating a hierarchical status quot, but maintaining it as well silencing and controlling children.

<blockquote>When you put children into a series of rows and tell them that they cannot talk and that they have to listen to you as teacher, the hidden curriculum that is being transmitted is that they do not have the right to talk, that they do not have the right to be part of the way of educating. When a teacher gets up and says that they have the authority in class and that nobody can question that, they are not saying that they are teaching them to be passive and not demand responsibilities of the powers, but that the hidden curriculum is very clear. If you examine what is really being taught there, you see that education is a way of silencing <ref>Giroux quoted inFrança, João. 2019. “Henry Giroux: ‘Those Arguing That Education Should Be Neutral Are Really Arguing for a Version of Education in Which Nobody Is Accountable.’” CCCB LAB.
