Dimensions of the Psyche is a phrase Stanislav Grof uses to refer toLevels of Consciousness as experienced through a human Physical Unit.[1]

Grof proposes several layers or dimensions, transpersonal, archetypal/mythological/, ancestral, prenatal, perinatal (a few weeks before and after birth), childhood/biographical. [2][3]

Later in his career, in a discussion of the cartography of the human psyche, Grof notes a model of the psyche that contains three "realms," the Biographical Realm (or dimension), Perinatal Realm, and Transpersonal Realm domains. [4]
