Cocooning

Cocooning is the process of establishing a safe place where you can heal and practice connection. A cocoon is a bedroom in your house, a meditation room, or any place where you are free of threat and where you can have an hour or so on your own to meditate, practice mindfulness, or engage in some other Connection Practice.
