An Affirmation of Self (AOS) is an affirmation of the power, light, and divinity of your own Highest Self. Use an AOS to help cleanse Psychic Wounds, and identify with, and reassert connection to your HS

Example

The LP Affirmation of Self

I am powerful. I am healthy. I am beautiful. I am strong.
I am worthy. I am connected. I am beautiful. I am strong.

I am powerful. I am healthy. I am beautiful. I am strong.
I am worthy. I am connected. I am beautiful. I am strong.

I am powerful. I am healthy. I am beautiful. I am strong.
I am worthy. I am connected. I am beautiful. I am strong.

I am powerful. I am healthy. I am beautiful. I am strong.
I am worthy. I am connected. I am beautiful. I am strong.

Ideally, do this on long nature walks, while meditating quietly with music and candles, or in a hot bath with a relaxing glass of chamomile tea.

When to use

  1. prophylactically, on nature walks, before meditation, or whenever you are in a somewhat connected state.
  2. when you are injured (i.e., when somebody engages in a psychological, emotional, or spiritual assault).
  3. when you are “triggered” or when you mind is “spiraling” out of control and you are drowning in toxic thought.

Notes

An Affirmation of Self is the equivalent of a disinfectant swap. It's not going to help much with deeper wounds.
